my baby is 6 month old her hand slightly change blue color when feel cold and change to normal color it is normal or not pls reply

In such case, you should only concerned with your doctor about it because your doctor can only advise the well after examining baby. A medication to your baby is not advised by doctors of First consult with your doctor about it.
