Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. It is better to give home cooked meals. You can give one solid meal or one semi solid meal per day initially and then increase gradually. Give rice Ka Pani or Dal Ka Pani or rice porridge or stewed apple or apple puree or stewed pear or any one fruit puree or any one vegetable puree or mashed carrot or clear vegetable soup initially. Cerelac can be given once in a while. Give sips of water in between meals.
