my baby is 6 month old and he put pressure while peeing... is it normal....?

This can be because of dehydration. In such case, you should definitely add more water in babies regular diet plan. Now your baby is six months old so you can also start giving coconut water. It will also help in keeping your baby hydrated. Baby should also take at least four meals in a day.
