Q.
My baby is 6 month old.. 2 days before we gave Apple purée and carrot purée to him.. yesterday onwards he is having loose motion.. daily 6-7 times.. we dint consult any doctor yet.. can u advice?

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symgptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade feverh than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. Diarrhoea can be caused by too many high-fibre foods, or too much fruit or fruit juice. It's best not to give your baby fruit juice. Water and your baby's usual milk are the best drinks for them until they're one.
