My baby is 6 mnth and 24 days old his head is not stable is it normal then what can i do to stable head

Usually for a full term child it has to be completely stable by completing the age of six months if your child hasn’t had it till now then it would be a good time for you to take an assistance physically with your doctor because there could be some issue that you need to address
