..after completing 7 months you should start with Semi solid food like vegetable soup for fruits purry and then slowly move on for solid food so that the babies digestion remains good

If you are talking about food and I would recommend you to start with Suji Kheer Upma Halwa ragi oats porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato make sure to include good amount of dairy products and fruits and vegetables into your child’s daily diet
