my baby is 6 and half month baby.. baby is pooped is greeny and water Type. Give me solution please

important to maintain good hydration right now.
breastfeed frequently as breast milk gives hydration, nutrition and comfort to child.
initially give curd and buttermilk curd with soft cooked rice, mashed banana are good for stomach
give frequent soft semi liquid foods ones which are preferred by the child like light khichadi, thick soup.
use Clean safe water for preparation of food
maintain proper hygiene hand wash with soap
consult doctor
