my baby is 5months old...uske stomach se ajeeb si awaaz aarahi hai ..thode motions bhi huye..but awaaz kyu aarhai hai...can u plz help

A. Sometimes that kind of a voice can be indication of hunger or sometimes nothing it happens with adults also that rumble kind of a voice but actually it does not indicate anything if your child is comfortable playing well and active then there is no problem
