my baby is 5month completed am not getting sufficient milk...can I start solid/liquid food

A. Dear mum, not now. Wait for another month for your baby to complete 6 months and only then introduce any top food. Until then you should exclusively breastfeed. If baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours then feeding is adequate.

A. hello if the bm os not sufficient then you can be giving your child infant formula milk stage 1 like nan Pro stage 1 or similac stage 1 and ususally it is not advisable to give baby any food till the baby complete 6 months so better give infant formula milk and nothing else
