If the baby is combi feeding try to focus on offering breasts more often.
If the baby is exclusively on formula milk then try switching the brand and assess the baby for lactose intolerance with your Pedriatician.
Is baby has less than 6 urine count, dry skin, cries without making a sound, is lethargic then baby is getting dehydrated.

mam, if your child pee count is good ,I mean it should be around 7 or 8 times in a day and if your child looks happy and active, as such no need to worry about it.
