Q.
my baby is 54 days old , she got vaccinated 3 days back now she don't have fever but now she had started vomiting. i am giving her domstal but she still makes face as she is vomiting & takes out tongue too frequently, could you please advise on same. .

If there is no relief in the medicines using better to consult l the doctorfor further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
