my baby is 51 days old. got first vaccination today and it got swollen in the injected ppace and also reddish too. baby is not taking feeding properly ..keeps on crying. i have given dolo drops as baby is feeling feverish. is that ok. what should i do for swelling

A. Hello, your baby girl is 51 days old and she has received a vaccinations and got swelling at injection site so give her 9 drops of paracetamol three times a day and apply ice cube at injection site for three days
