Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. the most common cause would be due to the teething pain the child might be having and crying during due to it intermittently
Your child is having teething problem during which there is swelling in the gums and the child is having irritation as well as pain and there will be drooling and excessive salivation.
kindly maintain oral hygiene of the child and with the help of your clean fingers press the gums of the child to decrease the pain and if the child is crying with pain and irritation you can give paracetamol also
