Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy2 years agoA. Hello good morning !! Rashes might be due to wetness..
After bath pat completely dry with soft towel, apply moisturizer cream due to wetness left over at corner parts like neck,armpit,diaper area rashes occurs...
Change diaper every 3-4 hours ,clean with wipes and pat dry...
Apply virgin coconut oil or anti rash cream on rashes and leave if you observe rashes are spreading then consult pediatrician.
