my baby is 5 months old.. poops watery after every feed..he became weak and sust..what should I do?? plzz suggest

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is 5 months of age if you are giving your baby exclusively mothers feeding their is no chances of baby having infection no need to worry about this type of motions baby is passing
