Hello mom now it’s the correct age to start with some liquids for the baby where in you can introduce him to liquids now such as dal or rice water or vegetable soup or fresh fruit juices you can alternate it with your feed and then gradually as the baby gets used to it you can move to semi solids from next month

These are easy digesting foods for baby tummy..like carrot, potato, banana and waters like rice or dal water. Then second week you can continue with other purees or combination of two fruits veggies, the third week you can give instant homemade rice cereal
