my baby is 5 months old...how should I start weaning?what is the meal I should give my baby first?

U Have to continue breastfeeding your child for at least six months before you start up with any semisolid food and in general you have to breastfeed your child for at least one year before you completely give up on breastfeeding so you still have one more month so please continue breastfeeding
