Q.

My baby is 5 months old. How do I get to know that my baby is getting enough milk through breastfeeding? Sometimes he wakes up 3-4 times at night after sleeping. If I try to feed him sometimes he feeds sometimes he sleeps in couple of minutes.

A. Hello mom as breast milk is difficult to measure in terms of quality and quantity, the best way to keep a track is by checking the weight gain progress. also when exclusively breast feeding, feeding on demand is a recommended.

A. hi yes,if child is looking happy and active, gains enough weight, passes urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day then,it means that your child is getting enough milk.
