Q.
my baby is 5 months old he was 2.5kg at born .... he is not improving his weight even though he was formula fed.... how can I improve his weight ...... ?

But what is the current rate of the child that you have not mentioned so please give a proper details when you ask a question that really helps us never mind I am right now I will only recommend you to consult your paediatrician because they only can give you a proper help on this
