Q.
my baby is 5 months old exclusively breastfeeding...I have taken one tablet of premolut N ...due to pressure at home yesterday night.. unknowing that it might affect my baby...I also breastfed the baby since night.... does it cause any sickness to baby... I won't be taking it again..I haven't used it till yesterday...plz help...I am afraid

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. you should consult your gynacologist dr .Specialist near by or your family pediatric doctor should see as it is difficult to advise for this without examining the baby . Further any medication according to the examination only .

No need to worry if taken only one tablet. This will not effect ur baby. So no need to worry.
There is irregularity of periods after delivery due to the hormonal changes. Breastfeeding mothers periods are Irregular. Once u stop breastfeeding the periods will become normal and regular
