My baby is 5 months old can I give her ceralac ??how I start my baby 1st meal plz give some suggestions .?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum nothing should be given to the child other than breast milk till six months are complete not even water after 6 months begin home food in soft and mashed form start with 3-4 tsp and then about half katori per meal about 2 to 3 meals per day.
