My baby is 5 months old and his body gets hot during the night after 2 or 3 am temperature up to 99 below 100° and is back to normal by 5-6 am. He is active & playful in the day time and his body never gets hot instead of sweating sometimes. Is this fever or any other issue I am worried about this. kindly help

A. It's difficult to diagnose without examination. also she is too young. Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
