Q.

My baby is 5 months old and he is having red patches on the back scalp near neck. He is not having any pain and he is active. What could be the reason?

A. can be allergic so for this I would advise you to see your doctor and only after that any advise can be followed for this issue as for this concern it shall need an opinion . .
