mam,first as a child is 5 months old,you can not offer semisolid food to a child.
only after 6 months age,you can start to offer semisolid food to your child.
so ,till that exclusively breastfeed your child.
but as you are working woman ,I would suggest you to use any good brand like Babyhug brand breastpump for this.
so your little one can get breastmilk even you are not there with him/her.
