my baby is 5 months 12 days old his birth weight is 1.2 kg.. now his weight is 4.9 kg is it ok or not tell me

child should double it's birth weight by completion of Six month and triples by one year.
give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and feed more frequently for adequate production

yes the weight of your baby is perfectly fine as per the birth weight.
so no need to worry.
exclusive breast feed ur baby till six months.
once ur baby completes six months then u can start with semi solids and water
