Q.
my baby is 5 month old .she is on breastfeeding but after feeding from right breast I feel severe pain in breast on and off.some time no pain and some time pain persist for an hour .I massage ther breast .hold and try to squeeze some milk too.but no relief.what is the cause of pain only on one aide

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. it can be due to a blocked milk duct if you are producing milk which is not being expressed out for the production is more than the demand then the milk gets accumulated and blocks the duct which is painful so you need to express our the extra milk and massage the best in circular motion put warm fomentation
