Q.
my baby is 5 month old. she is on breast feeding right now. Does onion in me ( mother) can effect her digestive system. because she is having loose motions right now.

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy2 years agoA. Hai good evening !! Onion in mother's diet doesn't cause any digestion issues.
Anyother heavy ,undigestible food in mother's diet might cause indigestion gas or loose motions in baby.
Burp well after every feed for easy digestion.
You can have onion,other vegetables in diet fruits and vegetables are rich in minerals,vitamins,fibre content very helpful for metabolism.
