Q.

my baby is 5 month old now shall i start skipping for weightloss, daily am doing walking now

A. if the baby is famous there is no problem you can start doing moderate exercise like brisk walking if it is not a surgical delivery you can just skipping also not a problem

A. hello...yes you can after six weeks of delivery slowly stat increasing the activities...first of all for belly what i did was to buy a maternity (postpartum compressor) belt which was very effective...also as always helpful is...don't eat sugary foods and avoid sugar-sweetened drinks... Eating more protein is a good long-term strategy to reduce belly fat. ...And also Cut carbs from your diet. ...Eat foods rich in fiber it helps... Exercise is very effective at reducing belly fat ..join a yoga class along with Pilates and if not then at home only do some streching everyday...also Surya namaskar works wonders...
