my baby is 5 month old, he is having redness in the corner of the left eye, eye looks swollen . can we apply toba eye drop

A. hello it looks allergic and eye drops may be used 2 to 3 timea a day and also paracetamol drops for pain can be given to the baby nd if peraistent review then
