my baby is 5 month old (girl)she has some red coloured rashes with small pimples in front part(urine pass plce)I think it is an allergy plz tell me some solution

if it is a allergy kind then it's better you consult with the pediatrician as it can be because of the fungus as it is very hot and their might be chances of fungal energy.
if it is diaper rashes then you can use the diaper anti rush cream otherwise consulyn the pediatrician if it is a allergy kind
