Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, your 5 months old baby should be around 4 to 5 kgs by now. If your baby is urinating 8 to 10 times in a day then the baby is healthy and well fed. Also if baby is active , it indicates baby is healthy Good luck and take care
