My baby is 5 month old and from yesterday onwards she having running nose and her eyes up and down skin also red...... totally watery eyes...and her nose also bloked bcz of that she can't sleep well in night......

A. it is very diffigcult to comment here without a proper examination so it is better to consult your doctor and get it properly physical examine and guidance accordingly for this matter to clear this...
