Q.
My baby is 5+month and is completely formula fed , he is also taking vit D3 and Iron Supplement . He always has yellow poop but today there was a black small thread . Is it ok.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. black strings and thickenings are totally normal at the stage. they are mainly same due to the intestinal secretions and thickenings which come out through the intestinal canal in the stool. if the child is not xhaving any other complaints please do not worry because this is totally normal.
also they are not worms x

It is advisable to get the baby evaluated by a doctor and follow doctors advise properly. You can also book online doctor’s appointment on FirstCry where the doctor can help you and guide you properly
