my baby is 5 month and 21 days old and his weight is 6.9 kg. is it okay

A. Hai good morning !! babies double their birth weight by 5-6 months... Generally they gain 400-700gm per month it depends on their birth weight also if baby born around 3.3-4kg then that weight is fine. Until 5 completed months exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested. As baby is nearer to complete 5 months start semi solids once a day and rest of the day milk.
