my baby is 5 month 4 days old I have started solid i.e. homade cerelac...can I add homemade date syrup instead of sugar for sweetness

A. Dear mum, you should not be starting to give any top food to your 5 months old baby. You should wait for another 1 month for your baby to complete 6 months and then introduce top food. Until completion of 6 months you should exclusively breastfeed. After 6 months, you can add homemade dates syrup to homemade cerelac.
