start by giving vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) .
Moong Daal water, rice kangi.
Ragi porridge, rice porridge.

as your child just complete 6 months age
,it is better to offer food like mung dal Pani,rice starch at first which is easy to digest
then gradually you can start to offer different vegetables, fruit and rice to your child.
you can offer apple , banana , chhickoo etc to your child.
but it should be in puree form.
