my baby is 5 month 14 days old his weight is 6 kg now. but he looks soo thin iam worried about the weight. his birth weight is 2.75 kg .

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom a full term baby almost tend to double Their birth weight by the age of 4 to 6 months and then triple by the age of 1 year . You can introduce the baby to weaning foods now and give them a mix of liquids and semi solid consistency foods
