Weaning food can be started from 5-6 months of age and in that initially in the stage 1 you can introduce some semi solid food to the baby like Banana mango plum boiled Apple and then gradually you can start with some Puri of carrot potato other foods which can be given are porridge of suji e sabudana can be prepared in breast milk or formula milk.
initially you canf start with one or two tsp which can be grcdadually increased up till at least three meals in a day

if she's happy healthy and active it's very good
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
massage her with Babyhug massage oil
don't use demineralized water for drinking
