my baby is 5 and half months old, I have started giving cerelac once in a day along with breastmilk and formula... he is exerting too much pressure while excretion and passing green color stools and crying very much.. do u suggest any remedies to relieve constipation

A. Hi mom Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months. Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac, daal ka pani etc. Green colour stool is normal in babies. This is due to imbalance between fore milk and Hind milk in breast feed babies and due to iron fortified formula milk in formula fed babies. So no need to worry. As u have started with the solids, u can start giving water also to get relief from constipation.
