vidhaan is having breastmilk 4-5 times a day and formula once a day is it ok? because i have heard from many people that after 6 months breastmilk doesn't contain much nutrients just a water. is it true??

A. it's fine, if your baby is above 1 year of age, can give cow milk than choosing fm. cow milk is much better after one year of age, it contains nutrients required after one year of age.
