Q.

My baby is 5.5 months and has had two anal fissure episodes in last one month. Baby keeps grunting and straining to pass stool. We have been giving duphalac and anovate ointment. But it's taking too much time to heal. Please help!

A. Yes because the child is too small sometimes these things can take a little extra time but currently with what you are stating it would be good for you to check with your doctor that why it is repeating and what can be a permanent solution to the problem that is there
