My baby is 4years old and is complaing of pain in his neck area. His tonsillar area is red an also have mild fever. Can i give him antibioticc

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. you cannot give antibiotics without medical consultation. also if it's viral infection or an allergy then there is no role of antibiotics.h all infection and illness doe not require antibiotics. also dosage is given as per infection and type of disease. meet your dr for propery advice.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello antibiotics should not be given under advised by a doctor so would be better to have a checked with your doctor and if required he will be able to advise your accordingly which would be better and safe and nothing to worry about
