my baby is 4months of age still he is vomit after feeding since two days vomiting is often high

If the vomiting is really high as compared to the previous timing then you should consult your doctor that could be due to indigestion also you should feed your child on demand I hope you’re not not feeling every two hours and that can often lead to over feeding and excessive vomiting as it is happening right now
