my baby is 4months. doctor can you please tell me what are these spots? is this eczema or something else. can you recommend me some lotion ?

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. There is no attached picture. Skin related concerns need proper examination by the doctor so that appropriate treatment can be started at the right time. Always bathe your baby with lukewarm water. Use a mild soap with low pH value and it should be hypoallergenic and unscented. It should be made of natural ingredients. Immediately after bathing, while the skin is still moist, use a mild moisturiser all over your baby's skin atleast twice a day. The moisturiser should be made of natural ingredients and it should be fragrance free. Mamaearth products are extremely good.
