My baby is 4month old woh breast feed or formula milk dono hi peeta H but abhi 2 din se uska potty green n chip chippi ho raha woh v patla din mei 1ya 2times per day it's normal

A. Quite normal only not to worry actually. Poo color doesn't matter more. Only if it's black or red you should be concerned. Else check for consistency. Normal type is fine. If consistency is watery or foamy or smelly then it is important to check with your doctor.
