Q.
my baby is 4month old , born 36 week ,he smiled , good eye contact , turn head toward sound, strted roll over, everything is fine but he stopped making cooing from 1.5 month , he only smile when i talk. should i concult to doctor or its early?

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. baby is very small to predict anything. give only breastmilk till completion of six months. start vitamin d and multivitamins supplements regularly. give Sunbath every morning for half an hour daily
