my baby is 4month old and she is loosing lot of hair.she got a patch on her scalp and recently she got it not from birth.kindly sugest

A. sir I am using for her spoo shampoo from birth.is it normal to loose hair. how often we should give head bath to 4month baby

A. give milk of mother only and use spoo shampoo. Breast feeding should be exclusive till 6 month of age of baby if possible . If not feasible then only top milk should be given . After 6 month can start wil rice and dal water along with top milk .
