my baby is 4month and weight approx 4.7kg. can you please suggest how we can help her to gain more weight

U See if your child hasn’t gained 400 g every month let means your child is not having appropriate weight gain you can calculate it as per your child’s birth weight also I’d like to tell you if your breast feeding is not sufficient shift to formula feeding alongside
