my baby is 4month 5days old can give him like biscut mix and apple mash to eat

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children3 years agoA. No. Generally Any liquids or semisolids or Solids are advisable only after six months. Until then exclusive breastfeeding or formula alone is good for baby (not even water) as their digestive system will be still sensitive and immature. WHO recommends exclusive breastfeeding until six months. Even after starting solids avoid biscuits. Biscuits will constipate the baby and will fill the tummy. Then the baby will start resisting other foods. So always restrict biscuits to travel times as instant foods. At home try giving healthy snacks to babies
