my baby is 4month 10days old but not gaining weight now her weight is 4kg 400grms and birth time weight 2kg 900 grms what can i do for her weight??

babies weight gain depends on their birth weight.
usually they gain 250 to 500g per month.
so don't worry your child weighs normal.
feed your child on demand.
feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well which help to increase your child weight.
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene.
